Commercial vehicles across North America are inspected using standards developed by the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA). This online course explains how roadside inspections work and how drivers and fleets can be ready for them.

What learners cover:

• What CVSA is and why its standards matter
• The eight inspection levels, from a full Level I to electronic Level VIII
• Driver and vehicle out-of-service criteria and what they mean for the load
• The CVSA decal and how long it is valid
• Why the daily trip inspection is your best defence
• How inspection results affect a carrier’s safety record

Format: self-paced and interactive, with real-world scenarios and a 10-question knowledge check (80% to pass). Learners who pass get a certificate of completion they can download right away, and their score and completion date are kept on file.
