- The aggregate working load limit (WLL) rule, with a hands-on load calculator
- The minimum number of tie-downs by article length and weight
- Spotting damaged tie-downs and taking them out of service
- When to inspect and re-check cargo during a trip
- An overview of the commodity-specific rules for logs, metal coils, heavy equipment and more
Format: self-paced and interactive, with real-world scenarios and a 10-question knowledge check (80% to pass). Learners who pass get a certificate of completion they can download right away, and their score and completion date are kept on file.
